Thank you for shopping at Art From Far Away. Each item you purchase is made-to-order and produced uniquely for you. We take pride in offering meaningful, artistic pieces — and we want you to feel confident and informed when ordering from us.
This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or replacements are accepted.
1. Made-to-Order Disclaimer
All products are printed individually after you place your order. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size choices
- Buyer’s remorse
- Changes of mind
Please review the size guides and product details carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you’re absolutely entitled to a replacement or refund.
Since our products are fulfilled through Printify and its production partners, here’s how the process works:
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery at 📧 orders[@]artfromfaraway[.]shop
- Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue (e.g., damage, print error, incorrect item)
- I will submit a claim directly to Printify, who evaluates and processes the refund or replacement based on their policies.
🔁 Once Printify approves the issue, I will then issue your replacement or refund.
Although I am not directly responsible for manufacturing or shipping errors, I’m personally here to support you throughout the process and make sure it’s resolved smoothly.
3. Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping provider and Printify to resolve the issue.
Note: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
5. Cancellations & Order Changes
Since production begins shortly after you place your order, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once the order is submitted.
However, if you contact us as soon as possible, we will do our best to assist you — though we cannot make any promises.
6. EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection laws, you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase made online. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, including print-on-demand items.
Therefore, this right is excluded for Art From Far Away products.
7. Design Details and Refunds
Please note that the t-shirts and designs you receive may include graphic details that could appear as printing errors but are in fact intentional artistic elements.
Before requesting a refund due to perceived defects, we kindly ask you to send us clear photos of the item in question.
This will help us assess the issue accurately and provide you with the best possible assistance.
If you notice any visible printing errors or defects that are not related to the artistic details described above, please report them to us promptly.
We take such issues seriously and will work with our print provider, Printify, to resolve them.
Additionally, we encourage you to carefully review the design on our website prior to purchase.
As explained in our Copyright Notice, the designs are created either through my skills as a designer or with the assistance of AI tools to simulate the enchanting effect typical of Studio Ghibli’s aesthetic.
As the author and creator, I consciously choose to leave these details intact, integrating them into the final artwork as an expression of my personal artistic vision.
Therefore, all designs are original creations inspired by, but not copies of, the genuine Studio Ghibli style — serving as a heartfelt tribute to the magic behind those beloved drawings and aesthetics.
