2. Products and Services
We offer illustrated and customized products created via print-on-demand using the Printify platform. Each item is made to order and shipped by our production partners located in the United States, the European Union, or other regions, depending on the customer’s location and the nearest facility.
3. Orders and Payments
- Orders can be placed exclusively through this website or through my official sales channels, such as the official Art From Far Away Etsy shop.
- All prices are listed in EUR or USD and may include or exclude VAT depending on the customer’s country.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other systems available at checkout.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Once production has started, the order cannot be modified.
However, if you contact me promptly via email or chat, I’ll do my best to accommodate your request and make changes — but I cannot guarantee that it will be possible.
4. Production and Shipping
- Every product is made to order once the purchase is confirmed.
- Average production time is 2–5 business days, followed by shipping times (typically 5–12 business days depending on the destination).
- Shipping is handled by third-party providers (via Printify). We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but we will do our best to keep you updated with tracking information.
5. Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union or the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Refund and Return Policy
Because all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, buyer’s remorse, or personal preferences.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including a photo of the issue. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

All content on this site — including images, text, graphics, designs, photographs, and logos — is the exclusive property of Luca Fortunato Gallo or is licensed to FORTUNATO STARK INDUSTRIES LTD.

These Terms and Conditions are provided in both English and Italian for convenience.
